1. Create the campaign

Name it if you want, leave other settings as they are
2. Set budget
£1/day, running non-stop
Scale up if you want extra visibility
3. Choose audience
Custom Audience: followers + Instagram engagement
Turn OFF Advantage+ expansion (unless you want new reach)
No interests needed — your engaged audience is enough
4. Placements
Leave automatic (IG, FB, Stories, Explore etc.)
Or switch to manual if you only want Instagram
5. Pick your post
Use existing post/Reel (not a fresh creative)
Switch CTA to No Button
Link to your IG profile or site if you like
6. Duplicate for variety
Run 3 versions, each £1/day:
Post 1: About you (brand story/intro)
Post 2: Useful, save-worthy content
Post 3: Motivational/community-building
7. Publish & forget
Hit Publish, let Meta approve, and leave them running.
