
Hollywood Browzer knew the brand, website and performance plan needed to evolve. We came in to make it happen.
The beauty market moves quickly, and the team at Hollywood Browzer knew the brand had reached a turning point. Customer expectations had changed, the category had become more competitive, and the existing setup no longer reflected where the business was heading.
They weren’t looking for disconnected support across different channels. They wanted one partner who could take a joined-up view across brand, website, search and paid, while still keeping a close eye on performance and commercial growth.
Our role was to help reposition the brand for a more modern beauty customer, rebuild the website around conversion, and create stronger foundations for long-term, measurable growth without losing the substantial credibility Hollywood Browzer had already built.
We started with the brand. The goal wasn’t to reinvent Hollywood Browzer, but to evolve the presentation iinto something that felt more current, more confident and more in step with where the beauty market is heading. Premium where it matters and approachable where it counts.
From there, we overhauled the website on Shopify with conversion front of mind. We simplified the customer journey, improved product storytelling, tightened the site hierarchy and removed unnecessary friction throughout the checkout experience. Performance improvements behind the scenes also helped create a faster, cleaner experience across devices.
Under the surface, we put stronger technical foundations in place. That included image optimisation, redirects, metadata, heading structure and sitemap improvements, alongside a broader SEO strategy built around both traditional search and emerging AI discovery. We developed a keyword strategy focused not just on what people type into search engines, but the kinds of questions they now ask tools like OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Perplexity AI. We also implemented rigorous tracking for ongoing reports, visibility monitoring and competitor insight.
Alongside this, we launched and managed paid social campaigns end to end, covering creative testing, audience development, server-side tracking and attribution.
The numbers moved fast.
